Is this a real rooftop or an online event?
This is an online event in an interactive 3D rooftop. You and your guests join through a phone or computer browser, choose an avatar and move around the virtual venue together.
How do our guests get in?
You share your event link and our joining instructions. Guests use a phone or computer browser, create their guest account (called a BALL ID), choose an avatar and enter at the agreed time. No app or VR headset is required. They allow microphone access when they want to join the conversation.
What does the video preview show?
The 45-second video is a staged example of the virtual venue and how an interactive wedding afterparty could look. The wedding film, animated guests and styling shown are illustrative. Your own film, invited guests and event details are planned with you.
Do we need our finished wedding film?
Yes. This experience is for a film you already have, or one your videographer is finishing. We coordinate playback preparation with you or your filmmaker before the event. Filming and editing are arranged separately with your videographer.
Can family who missed the wedding join?
Absolutely. You can invite loved ones who could not attend the wedding, along with the friends and family who were there. Each guest joins online from their own device.
How long does the evening last?
We usually plan a 60–90 minute gathering, with time to arrive, watch your film and celebrate afterward. Tell us your film’s length so we can recommend the right schedule and quote for any extra time.
What does it cost, and how many guests can we invite?
We confirm a quote around your guest count, film length, hosting and any personalisation. Share your plans and we will agree the full price, guest limit and event details before you book.
Will our wedding film be shared publicly?
Your booking is for a private event for your invited guests. Any use of your film or event images in our marketing would require separate permission. We agree the film access and playback arrangements with you during preparation.
What happens after we inquire?
Our team will contact you to discuss your film, guest count and preferred date. You can explore the venue on a private walkthrough. We confirm the complete quote, availability and event details with you before you book.
